Postgresql remote access

Question:

There is a virtual machine on Windows, PostgreSQL is installed on it. It clings locally, everything is fine, but I cannot connect to it remotely.

Configs of the "Postgres" rules itself:

postgresql.conf -> listen_addresses = '*'

pg_hba.conf -> host all all 0.0.0.0/0 md5

I also shared the port, but nothing comes out. as a result writes : connection timed out. I cling to navicat.

What am I doing wrong?

Answer:

Decision from the author.

Problem solved. All because of my carelessness. The server is rented on Amazon, and there, in addition to opening ports in Windows itself, it was also necessary to open a port in the admin panel.
