database – Is there any simple method to test a logical data model?

I recently learned the Entity-Relationship Model, and my teacher taught me that after the logic model is ready it is always interesting to test the model to check for possible inaccuracies.

I agree that this is very important, the problem is how to test. He taught us how to create all the tables and populate them with real data… In Microsoft Word…

It works, but that sucks, wow, it even gives me a headache…

I explained my situation to an experienced person, and he gave me an even worse suggestion: Draw all the tables on a sheet of paper and test it manually… Honestly, the Model ER has been around for almost 40 years, for God's sake huh …

So, I would like to know if there is any tool to assemble the tables more easily (in word it takes too long), or if it is interesting to test directly in the DBMS, and, if this is the case, what are the errors I should use for pay attention.

I use brModelo to create the logical structure, there is also MySql Workbench which has a much nicer look than brModelo, however I prefer the first one due to its simplicity. Do a google search on how you can use these tools to help your work!! In the beginning my teacher asked us to do it in Word and on paper too!! In the beginning this is how the person gets a little bewildered, take a look at these tools!!
