java – Installing the application via ADB

Given: package name from Google Play for example ( details?id=com.whatsapp )

Objective: to install this application on the device automatically, i.e. wrote the package name and the application was installed on the device, how can I implement this?

This question has already been asked here.

To summarize what is said in the answers, then you cannot install anything from the market automatically . But you can open the market from the command line:

adb shell am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -d 'market://details?id=com.myapp'

Or download the .apk file using apk downloader and install using adb install
