c# – How to resume Visual Studio editor default settings?

Question:

I was using ReSharper in the evaluation period and after the testing period ended I didn't want to buy it and so I uninstalled it through the Control Panel / Programs and Features , since I didn't find an option in Visual Studio to remove it.

But the Visual Studio editor default settings did not return, such as the real-time syntax checker.

Is there anything in Visual Studio I can do to resolve this?
I'm using the 2013 Professional version.

Answer:

  • In the Tools menu, click "Import and Export Settings".
  • Select "Reset all settings".
  • Choose whether to back up the current configuration.
