asp.net – Authorization on two sites

Question:

There are two sites. Both are on asp.net. Sites use one database and are interconnected by meaning. I would like the user, being authorized on one site, to be able to open the second site and also be authorized on the second site (the table of users in the database, as well as the entire database, is common for them). There was a question how to do it? That is, how to make it clear to the second site that the same user is already logged in on the first, and therefore must be logged in here as well? After all, reading cookies from another site, as far as I understand, is impossible and unsafe.

Answer:

as an option, you can use SSO

And if it's simpler, when authorizing a user, write cookies for both sites, for two domains.
